Named after the matriarch of our resort, Josephia's is a celebration of the bountiful San Remigio coastline. We believe that great food starts with great respect for the sea and the land.

Our chefs work directly with local fishermen to ensure that every "Paluto" experience features the morning's freshest catch. From the traditional Kinilaw prepared with local coconut vinegar to our modern takes on coastal classics, every dish tells a story of Cebuano hospitality.
